Return Policy

All items are non-refundable.

If an item you have received is damaged or defective, please inform us within 7 days from date of delivery to arrange for a refund or exchange. Please email us at hashiriyaco@gmail.com with clear images of damaged/defective item(s) and proof of purchase. We reserve the right to request that damaged/defective item(s) are returned to us before we issue an exchange or a refund.

Refunds (On approved Damaged/Defective Items)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Once inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (On approved Damaged/Defective Items)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hashiriyaco@gmail.com.

Exchanges (On approved Damaged/Defective Items)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Once inspected, we will send you an email regarding exchange.

Cancel Order
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped, please email us right away at hashiriyaco@gmail.com.
